2014 Navigation system freezing

Is anyone experiencing a problem with their stock Nav system freezing up and the screen goes blank or doesn't update while you are following a map/route that you punched into the system? Any suggestions?
(I have a 2014 2SS if that matters or not.)

I had my link problems that didn't show the AC strip and navigation took forever to load. I till it to the dealer to upgrade the software and I haven't have problems ever since. It's been 2 weeks with no problems.

Yeah, if you try to do more than one thing at a time (change song, and get directions), you are going to have problems. I love the general idea of mylink, and it's features (although very few), but the system is soo underpowered for what it does. from a computer standpoint, it is like running windows 7 on a pentium 3 PC.

My iPod connection seems to be getting slower and slower. Always says indexing, takes a good 3-4 seconds to change to the next song, and is very delayed. My nav also freezes every now and then. Ive had the screen turn completely green and lock up. Couldn't do anything until I got home and disconnected the battery. Planning on bringing it in soon.

Yes, get that software updated/reflashed. Mine was running sluggish, like a wet sponge, now it works perfect.... Fingers crossed.
