10" lower and 2.55 upper is over 25k blower speed and not recommended. 10" lower with stock upper is close to limit.

i have a 9.1 and a 2.5 upper was debating going to a 9.5 lower and 2.5 upper. is the 9.1 lower and 2.5 upper about the most it will take with out over spinning it to much?

Not sure what the blower speed specs have to do with anything other than colors on a chart. Mine works great makes lots of boost and almost no heat. Efficiency is only as good as the total output. If efficiency is lower but net output still remains higher it still makes more power as long as heat isn't a problem and or bearings can't take the rpms. So far it all works great on mine.

Lingenfelter pulley and belt change chart
I felt this very helpful for those changing pulleys, notice its not recommended to run your SC over 23,000 rpm and depending on what you buy you in some cases could be doing just that!
