Well right now some wired looking brush dremmel attachment then hitting it again with 120 sandpaper and again with 400 to get it sorta smooth for now. Gonna prob go out and buy some really fine sandpaper and see how that does. The dremmel bit is attached to a cordless drill haha so when the battery dies I gotta let it charge, should prob invest in a real dremmel o well lol.

you dont say....my dad just bought a dremel hahaha they shouldnt be too expensive at lowes? i wouldnt think? Btw i should be going to tracys soon, i'll tell everybody you said hi

I was there today and they were about $40. I'm going on vaca soon and im trying to save as much as I can before altough it is hard with the holidays. Why you stopping by at Rx?

oh i understand you gotta have money for your lady friends but i found a member on here that has a ls3 exhaust and some GFX tips for sale and his house is near tracys shop and i wanted to show my dad tracys shop its like being in a candy store to me

Haha I bet, wish I could stop by, would be easier than waiting for stuff to ship lol...plus from pics I have seen of it there are a crap ton of nice cars. Hey maybe they can install your midpipe and tips lol

Thought I would post a real quick update about polishing my IM. Well I went out and bought all the right stuff haha! Got my dremel and diff attachments, facemask and polishing compound haha. Lets do this!

and here is how the IM is currently:


O yea, the black line is where I want to stop with polishing cause the rest will be painted. However depending on how easy good the runners turn out I am just do the entire thing.

True lol. I did already use it for a future mod haha....got a rear bowtie that had the pegs on it and I cut them off lol. Hopefully the IM will come out the way I have it visioned in my head lol. It may take awhile to get it done. Ron and I were talking and we were gonna see if we could get a discount for getting a bunch of stuff powdercoated at the same time and that won't be atleast till after the holiday.
