It was probably the same one... Actually I think it was the v6 now that I think about it. But yeah, it had just been sold (someone either liked it anyway, or couldn't wait any longer) and they were detailing it for pickup so I didn't touch to see how flat it was laid, I didn't notice bleeding, but maybe that's what they were cleaning up. But yeah that glossy look is not what's up.

I'm thinking about getting tinted there too... I hope that work isn't shabby. I've had some bad experiences with bad tinters.

I was there on a Sunday. So I checked it all out. maybe I was just looking too hard at it, but I'm assuming if dine right hte lines shoudl be crisp and sharp edged.

I think they do good with tint. Friend of mine had his GTO done there. Never heard a bad thing from him about it.

I wonder, can the stripes be painted flat?

i picked up my car from winegardener last friday the 14 and they honored my usaa discount and gm card earnings i talked to the gm he said they paid over sticker at auction to get the lot cars that they had so they would have somthing to show when someone wanted to look at one he said he could care less if they sold because he already sold around 5 just from people being able to look at them the ones ordered are sold at sticker

It's 100 miles away but Diver Chevrolet in Wilmington DE accepts supplier pricing. It may be worth the drive if you can't find someone local. I had no problems working with Chuck. 302-575-0161

I was talking with my dealer about the GMS discount program. The way he described it to me was that they couldn't because as soon as they let the first person use it, then they are obligated by GM to let any one else that comes in with one use it as well. I'd check into that if I were you guys seeing how some of the early folks who got their cars were let use it already by the same dealer your talking with.

Yeah, I couldn't get the credit union discount I had printed off when I went down south. However, there were 2 discounts RK chevy was offering in VA Beach. $500 from declining the 60-day guarantee, and another $750 for using USAA.
