We will be there with Barbara's car if we finish the brake upgrades. The brakes were powder coated but we decided to order some shiney new drilled and slotted rotors. Car is still on jackstands.....

Sounds real nice did you go blue for the calipers.....I want some rotors drilled and slotted also...are you going to upgrade pads as well?

Got the calipers done by Mike the powder coater....I HIGHLY recommend his work. They are candy blue. I went with the Granatelli rotors and Hawk ceramic pads. I had the OEM Brembo rotors turned but decided to go with the Granatelli for looks....they should be here tomorrow.

The 175 hp NO2 is now installed... needs a tune and plug change before hitting the track. May go ahead an get her headers and cat delete before the tune. She wants it louder.....

Candy blue! Ok I really need to see these ASAP as that's the exact color I had earmarked for mine lol! (Check my build thread from a couple of months back - I was debating between candy and Bentley and still am!)

Granatelli rotors will look sweet - I had the R1 concepts on my SS - I loved them but I wished I had them coated black before putting them on because the dimples got markings in them and of course the brake pads didn't clean them out as they were not touching the surface of the brake pad

Mike does it right. He disassembles and cleans everything, powdercoats, and reassembles. The 4 Brembo's is about $300 and he will cut that in half if you do the disassembly and reassembly. I recommend letting him do it all....there is a lot of work involved and the chance of goofing something up is high....ask me how I learned that...
