Anybody have a link on how to take off that plastic part of the bottom of the windshield that is right above the plenum spacer? I need to tighten the back bolt asap cause it is hitting that metal and its making a noise after I installed this.
Anybody else have this problem?

Yepp that rattling drove me insane though you could also put some fat mat under the cowl between the bolt like some people have done

So I bought a plenum spacer from a member on here, used. He sent me the spacer and 6 really long bolts, I went to install it today with all of the stock bolts and it sounded like a vacuum and seemed like it did not seal properly. The car and engine would shake violently.

This is the order i put them in from top to bottom
1. plenum cover
2. Gasket maker( the right stuff)
3. Plenum spacer
4. The silver thing that was already with the car in between the cover and the head of the motor
5. then under that silver thing was the motor
Is this right? and why is my car shaking, and why is there a vacuum like sound?

dude I freakin took the manifold out, took that bolt out, sanded it down, tightened it as hard as I could, and the noise is still there sometimes. I should have just taken it out.

did you disconnect the battery while you did it?

it will take a few miles of easy driving to get to where it is happy!

There is a vacume hose on the driver side in the Intake Manifold, you probably forgot to hook back up. It's back near the fire wall, sorta lower than center. That happened to me too..
