Just saw the preview and gameplay preview on IGN this week. Looks promising as long as it doesn't end up like Aliens: Colonial Marines.

I'm an little late posting, but I agree. It was the wrong mindset that makes video game movies so typically bad that killed A:CM. Hopefully the lesson has been learned, but considering that A:CM was still a financial success it probably hasn't been. I for one will still get excited about Aliens games, I just hope this game doesn't let the fan base down.
