Hurst aftermarket shifter, do you like it?

Love it! 0 rattle. Mine came with a noise kit but I did not use it. I did go with the stock nob though.

I love mine. There is no rattle but Hurst had an issue with their bushing wearing and causing your shifter to have a little bit of play. If you like the look then you could also look into Barton Industries. They have a lot of different knob options and their customer service is TOP NOTCH!

Love it!!! About the bushings, I met another member who had a problem with his bushings and the shifter felt like crap. But he had one of the early shifter. I have not heard of any recent problems with the bushings.

Mine has some play in neutral, a little less in each gear. It was fairly loose after a while and I removed the rubber noise reduction piece inbetween the shifter handle and the gearbox stick... that seemed to help a lot. Much more of a firm stiff shift now.

It "clinks" into gear so if you're not into that you won't like this.

I have mine in for 2 years now and love it. It was one of the first ones out and it doesn't have any rattles or issues.

I've ran mine for about 10k miles. I have one of the very first shifters out and have zero problems. It's not plush. It's a "race" shifter. If you need it to be all plush like a Teddy bear you won't like it!!!

14k on mine, very very happy with it. It does rattle a little on hard acceleration but it's not bothersome to me. I have the vibration reduction kit but don't feel the need to put it on.

Anything is better than the stock shifter. Which aftermarket one you get is personal opinion...
