SS Brake Cooling Slots

The 2010 standard equipment list: http://eogld.ecomm.gm.com/NASApp/dom...vehicleID=8035 describes for the LS & LTs: "Fascias, front and rear body-color with front grille and rear diffuser."
And for the SS: "Fascias, front and rear body-color, SS-specific with unique front grille and rear diffuser, lower extension, front air scoop and brake
cooling slots
."

Where/what are the brake cooling slots? In pictures, the indents on the rear quarter in front of the wheels, look the same on all models - like indents, not slots, which implies to me openings, besides, that's not the fascia. So, what's the story....or is this one TBD later?

There are probably ducts behind the lower grill on the SS, directing air to the front rotors

Aren't there slots just in front of the front wheels at the very bottom of the facia on both sides? There could also be a deflector down there that has integrated scoops in them. I'll have to look...

My bad. They're on the Concept only. They must be talking about something in/behind the lower grille or some cast/molded into the lower air deflector under the chin of the front facia.
