Guys who have tint... did you disable the Auto Dimming function of the mirrors?

I'm definitely gonna get my windows tinted, but when im driving at night and the auto dimming comes on the driver's side view mirror gets pretty dark and I think it would be really bad after window tint. Anyone have a fix??

We did 20% allaround, and didn't mess with autodimming. We have no visibility issues whatsoever. Disabling them wouldn't be a bad idea, though, but how would you do that?

not exactly sure... im thinking you'd have to disable it at the rear view mirror, since that's where the sensor is.

eh if someone is shining lights in your rearview you won't see anything else back there anyways.

I did 20% front 5% rear no visiability issues. However I did get pulled over yesterday for the tint. I think he just wanted to check out the car. Check out my post at World of Wheels 2010 Camaro build.
