Will there be a Z28 convertible?

Any rumblings or news about a vert Z28?

Nope. At least...0 rumblings/hints...

It's a race car, after all.

Doubt it, the Z/28 is so track oriented I can't see them making a vert out of it.

Honestly I highly doubt it. GMs approach for the Z/28 was all about racing and weight.

As I understand it, the powers that be needed a little coaxing to get the ZL1 convertible put into production. If it was that hard to do for the ZL1, I don't think we'll be seeing a soft-top Z/28

He said Z28 not a Z/28.

I personally think GM will release a Z28 Vert and Coupe as a 6th Gen.

While I would love to see them do it, I highly doubt that they will. Of course, if I remember correctly, there was similar doubt regarding the ZL1 vert when it was first released. I could be mistaken about that though.
