Thanks everyone!! You have all been very helpful so far!! Please keep the ideas coming!!
I'm not really opposed to getting a passport, I just don't wanna mess around with getting one right now. That being said, I could always change my mind so I am open to ideas that involve getting a passport.

Call the Westin to explore ideas, I found them very helpful.

Thanks Griffstar...I was actually looking at this hotel the other day. How far is it from the beaches?

San Diego would be cool. I lived there for 18 years but not anymore. There is the beach but may be cold. There is Sea World, Lego Land, and you can drive up to L.A. to go to Universal Studios.

SSmokinhot, I know you're AF so for military friendly places I would look near Pensacola or Eglin AFB even though I've never personally been, I have heard awesome things about the beaches.

I have been to Honolulu and loved it, not sure if they have swimming with dolphins though.

Stayed at the Westin, nice place to stay and in a good location. The beaches are not far for Key West isn't very big. We went to the Keys because it was on our "bucket" list. It's one of those been there done that things and won't go back.

One more thing the cruise ships dock at Key West and it gets crazy from early morning to late afternoon.

I live in Destin and wouldn't go in the water for possible oil exposure.

I'm from Ft Walton Beach, and I can vouche for beautiful beaches around eglin. Okaloosa island and Destin are great places for a vacation in the US.
