ACS Composite..............there process is awesome, fits perfect everytime without all the prep headaches of fiberglass. They make the custom hoods for many of the high performance builders.

MPD1 tied with Harwood, both excellent quality just a lil different in the looks and what you can do with air induction.

Buy MPD1!
Why?
1, Fits perfect everytime 2, Designed in conjunction with CAI inc for a dedicated ram air system inc water management system. 3, Incredible level of detail in design and construction 4, Priced almost 40% less than supposedly "better" hoods. Why? Because my installers tell me all the time that a MPD1 hood is the best "ASK THE C5 MEMBER WHO OWNS ONE!" |

I'm going to buy a cowl hood this summer. Either the MPD1 or the Harwood. It honestly comes down to who is the less expensive at the time because both seem to be excellent quality.

Seibon BBII hood. But again, there is no "best hood." It's a completely objective question. People are going to say their hood is the best because they bought it.

Looks good. I have been looking for a hood for about a year. I seen a lot of guys post up pictures of their cars but if you look close something is not aligned on the hood. Either the passenger side front is popped up or there is a big gap in the exact middle of the hood under the hood latch. I wanted to ask them many times why the gap but I don't want to call them out and make them feel bad. I assume when you say the MPD1 hood fits perfect every time that you don't get many complaints on fitting? I am very interested. Thanks |
