Lola, I admire your decision to stay with your family and support your mom. I am sure that if you asked your grandfather he would tell you to go, but I am also sure he really would like for you to stay knowing it might be the last time that he gets to see you too! I wish more people were like you and placed family ahead of themselves. My prayers are for you and your family. There will always C5 Fest 3 next year. Take care.

I understand how u feel in this situation. If u were to go you wouldnt be able to focus and if he did pass, it would be a hectic ride back. Be there with your fam. Support them and hopefully he will be ok. I'll shoot some prayers your way.

hopefully we can meet you in bako on thursday! i not, there's always the summer bbq revo and jared are planning this summer!

thanks again for the support and prayers, it means a lot to me. and you're def right, that drive back would be agonizing should he pass while i was there. like everyone has said.. there is always next year

We've already talked a bit today but was busy with work...my grandfather was the one that passed my love of cars, trucks, and anything fast and badass so in my situation he would of told me to get my ass in that car and head to the Fest but that's how he was

All you'll have to take from it is the memories and the time shared with him so make the best of the last time you have left...you won't regret staying there although it will hit you harder emotionally it's what family does...we stand by our own...Prayers go out Lola and we'll see you next year

Probably 58 to 99 then dispersing from there but not positive. Maybe we could do a post Camaro Fest deal at Chuys or something when we get back but then again some are probably leaving earlier than others and some have work Monday too but I have Monday off so I'm down for whatever!
