I'm gonna take the other door back apart and shave the nubs of the grinds. It will tighten draw the panel tighter.

If I could put those leather panels in without having to cut off the tabs, I think I'd do it. Shouldn't it be possible to take the tabs off, mount the new panel, and put the tabs back on? If not, it should be.
I also don't want to lose my abl. But, damn, those leather panels look great! Much nicer than the plastic stock ones. I wonder if someone can invent "spray on leather" so I could paint the plastic stock panels to look like leather? "Canned Suede" or "Leather On" or something like that... |

And, ya, it is odd that they made them like that. I was thinking and thinking and thinking, and I coulnd't come up with a single reason for them to do it the way they did. Only thing I could come up with was so that over years and years and years, they wouldn't com loose. |

PQ,
I know there's a lot of joking around in this thread. But, in all seriousness, I sincerely hope that your wheels are absolutely perfect and that you're thrilled with them after all you've been through with them. You deserve it. My fingers and toes are crossed for you! |
