ABS/Stabilitrack issue

Will putting 255/45/20 tires on front of my 2014 SS(new wheels) and
275/40/20 on rear cause ABS/Stabilitrack problems?

As long as the revolutions per mile are within 6% difference front to rear, you should be fine. Your tire sizes are at a 1% difference, so you should be fine.
