If it was like an mp3 player I'd like the ipods. The fact that you can't take songs off of it unless you're replacing them is retarded. My mp3 player will end up being like an external hard drive where I can take songs off and put new ones on anytime I choose.
iTunes can suck my nuts. I don't want itunes to have quicktime. I don't want itunes to automatically search for my library and freeze for 5+ min everytime I open the program. I don't want want iTunes to be the default player and override my WMV since I downloaded quicktime and itunes was a mandatory add-on. Screw apple. That's what I say. I have two words for em. Hunter...........Cressel. Edit: here ya go if you didn't get my post. I've had almost all of his troubles happen. I've never had another mac. |

I LOVE that video! I saw it about a year or so ago, and use it to tease my Apple loving friends, including my fiancee. They always talk about how apples are so much more reliable and easy to use than PCs, but they have problems all the time with them.

I've never had a problem other than spyware attack once on my PC. I have built my own computers since age 7. Apples are more reliable than that how?

I'm sticking with my Windows based HP when I get another laptop. |

^^We just upgraded the home computer to HP Pavillion w/ 22 inch monitor. It has windows vista. I was apprehensive about vista, but realized that they had to have come out w/ all the updates necessary by now. The new comp is bad @ss and I don't know if I'll ever buy another brand now!!!

the one and only reason i have an i pod.... its everywhere... in other words its compatible with almost everything... you can buy some kind of i pod attachment to connect it... and yes apple does rape you on the price of the accessories... but thats what eBay is for!

I've been using my iPod for 2 years and loving it. If you treat it well it will last for a good long time.

I have both the iPhone and an iPod. I have not had any problems with either one. My friend on the other hand is on his third iPhone in three months. I bought mine the day the price dropped and have loved it ever since. There are a couple gripes, but its nothing that noticable. I'm not one of those people that will only buy Apple products though. All my computers except one have been windows based. The only reason I bought my Apple computer was to use Final Cut Pro some years ago, I just like the fact that PC's have so much support and have so many programs and familiarity, and the iPod line-up has the same.

Neither. I'd go with an Iriver.

Final Cut Pro is the S***!! I fell in love with it the first time I used it. Then I tried out Premiere, and they're both on the same level in my book.
But yeah, I love Final Cut Pro!!!! Oh, and for anybody who might be wondering what the Hell a 'Final Cut Pro' is: It's a multi-hundred dollar (sometimes $1000) video editing software designed only for the Macintosh. Premiere is Final Cut's equal on a Windows platform. |

My g/f works for adobe, so I'll be getting CS3 here pretty soon. Just in time for my computer to be assembled. Parts arrive tomorrow.
