Don't mean to Hijack the thread but Autoguy, since you own a ZL1 now. Can you make a decal that is the same length and cut as the ZL1 insert? I've been wanting to get a front hood stripe for the longest but I don't want mine all the way down.

Congrats on the new ride, even though you've had it almost a month now!

First of all, I love your Camaro, dude! It's gorgeous. And second, do you have your bowtie tied into your third brake light?? If so, could you possibly tell me how you got to the third brake light? I want this mod really bad but don't want the blinking effect like if you put them onto the side lights.. Thanks in advance, Jeremy.

JeffyS94,
When you receive your light it comes with a couple different connection options. I wired mine to the passenger lights. It was pretty easy and I've had numerous positive comments. Everyone wants the same one and I have suggested that they and you should also order the lighted front one from River City Creations (Lupe), you can order it with numerous different options.

Update,
I have ordered a custom painted engine cover and strut brace from Lube. Still waiting on several parts from AAC (mirrors, side-markers and afterburner tail lights). I need to install the ABL light kit for the dash when I have time. I'm going to change out the brake pads to ceramic because I'm sick and tired of cleaning the brake dust off the rims every day. I'm going to be ordering the Roto-Fab intake and a catch can shortly, I would also like to order some headers and exhaust system from Stainless Works. So much to do, when will it ever stop!

To remove the tops of the back seats, you have to release some clips that are holding the those sections in. The clips are located behind the top center of each seat between the seat and the rear plastic that separates the seats and the top when lowered. If you stick a larger flathead screwdriver between the top of the seat and the plastic (around the center of each seat) you'll find the slot. You can also pull the leather back from the plastic and find the slots. Push the screwdriver down to mash the clip down and then pull the seat toward the front of the car. Do that for each side and the seat will come out. Be patient when doing this...the clips can be tricky.

Thumbs up First ZL1 Delivered?

I ordered mine 07/08/2012 and took delivery of my 2013 Blue Ray Metallic ZL1 Convertible VIN# 2G1FL3DP0D9801378 on 08/29/2012 at Apple Chevrolet in Tinley Park, Illinois. I posted my vehicle pics on 10/02/2012. I do love the Crystal Red color and yours is certainly beautiful. I do not know if I was the "first", but I was certainly the so-called "first" ZL1 Vert owner around here and received mine considerably sooner than yours which is being touted as the "first." Good luck with the mods. After consultation with several national upfitters, I have decided to keep mine stock for now and work on one of my other cars first.

My ZL1 Vert ( #1260) was delivered on 8-27-12. I was the first one to register my Vert on "ZL1 registry .com", but I doubt if mine was the first Vert made.

I installed the Hawk Ceramic "Low Dust" pads on my White 2011 Pace Car and it cut down the dust, but it is not 100% gone.

Oh, by the way, it doesn't stop until you get rid of the car.....

Took delivery of my Blue Ray ZL1 Vert on 8/29/12. Order was delayed when I tried to force a 34T Blue cloth top like available on the Dusk Edition Camaro. Chevy would not build it. Oh well, still looks good.
