"Ice Possible" message for all you northerners

I know down here in the rare case I do hit 37 degrees I get the drive careful ice possible message, but I saw someone post a -9 temp and it got me thinking. Does the cluster even warn you of that at that temp? Or is the Camaro like no s*** there's going to be ice?

Small, but effective mod list:

Roto-Fab Intake, TSP 2" Long tubes, TSP catless mids, MSD spark plug wires, stock catback, Elite Catch Can, APEX washer relocation and scoop, VMAX throttle body, Diablo InTune-Tuned by Matt@FSP, and a JacFab license plate bracket.

the cluster gauges from the rs package? not that i've seen.
but on the dash it'll pop up "Warning, Roads may be Icy". when it gets that cold. And it has in NJ in the past few days.

I get that message, too. What I want to know why the weather advisories I get are for areas 50+ miles from me. I have the weather station set to one close by but none of the advisories are ever for my immediate area.

All it is saying that if the roads are wet at a certain temp which I believe anything below 40 on the camaro, it will warn you that the roads may be icy. It's a safety measure but us northerners as soon as it goes below 32 we know the roads WILL be slick.
