It's been a while since I installed mine but I think I did encounter that overvoltage output code once. It might be caused when the throughput voltage from the battery and charging system exceeds the low voltage setting on the MSD. You could try charging the battery to full charge first and then start and check for the code. But I don't think that condition is the cause of the lack of fuel pressure. I believe there could be an error in converting and/or entering the tune data.

I got it working, Think it was in the ground. But I'm going to remove it and order a dual pump today. Tired of messing with it. So if anyone needs a MSD Bap, ADM FPCM, ZL1 pump I'll have one for sell..
