Installed Pfadt sways and end links, now hear noise?

So I just finished installing Pfadt sways and end links and when I drive the car I hear some noise now. I've taken two of my friends for a drive and they think it might be because everything is much stiffer now. One of my friends used to have a jacked up jeep and he said once he got the lift kit on it, it sounded similar. When I taken turns now at any speed I don't hear the noise. I only hear it when driving streight. Is this usual or is something wrong?

Most of the time noise complaints after end links are installed is due to the end links and chassis brackets being tight but not torqued to spec. Make sure the chassis brackets are tight as possible and all the end link fasteners are torqued to 33 lb.ft..

I torqued everything down with a torque wrench except the chassis brackets, my torque wrench is too big to get to those.

Ive seen where if you have the older pfadt hardware that is part of the issue and also something to do with the bushings in the end links i believe if you contact pfadt they should know exactly what to get you to fix it

Also, did you grease the crap out of all the bushings? That could cause noise if you didn't. If this is the case it will probably go away on it's own after it settles in.

I used all of the lubricant that it came with.

So did I. I also used a butt load more from another tube I had in the garage. I'm just saying that could be your problem. We need more info about where the noise is coming from, other symptoms, etc. Sounds like bushing squeak to me though.

Sounds like a poping sound when I drive. It never happens when I turn, just when I drive in a line. I'm thinking it's either the bracket which was the only thing I wasn't able to get with the torque wrench or a lack of lube.

Well, I guess you know your options then... kinda sucks to take it all back apart, but maybe you could try waiting a month and seeing if it settles in and the noise stops? I'm not sure how annoying the sound is to you but I'd try that first.

I've got finals coming up so I have no time to deal with this, college is a bitch So I dropped it off at the Chevy dealer for them to deal with it, had this been a week ago I would deal with this but I can't afford the time. I'll keep everyone filled in on what the issue was.
