The connections are fine and there's juice. I did notice the lights flickering when I took it through a car wash and that was the last time it turned on.

No issues coming loose or wiring on mine. I have heard of people modifing little christmas tree plugs from Home Depot to attach more securly though.

If you have purchased both from AAC I would contact them direclty about product as well

Piece of crap Imho, I'm on my second one. The first the lights disclored, now this one the outside of it is turning yellow in spots. My car is garage kept and driven seldom with only 5k miles on it. To top that off, bought their fog light replacements, they are both flickering and threatening to go out. Man if this is the way their products are I will never buy anything from them again. Hate purchasing something for a 40k car and it being junk. Hell make good products people! People will pay for them! Pissed right now lol

It probably got shorted from the car wash. Just shoot Jonathan a PM and I'm sure he'll get you a new one under warranty.

UV eventually cracked the outer sleeving. LEDs still worked though until I replaced it with an EL strip instead.
