Did not do any mods for over a year other than the SS in the front grille
Photos I took before the mods. Last edited by Hot Rod R1; 01-01-2013 at 06:42 PM. |

Over the next year I worked toward buying my Wheels, Tires, tpms sensors and coilovers.
The tires: 265/35/22 and 305/35/22 Vredestein Ultrac Sessanta. A good difference in tire height between the two sizes for the hot rod rake look I wanted. I bought these off of Ebay. The Wheels: Forgestar Bronze Burst 22x9 semi-concave and 22x10.5 Deep-concave. I bought these from Howey Industries Inc. Coilovers: Megan Racing Coilovers. Bought on Ebay also. |

With the help of my Buddy again the next Mod was to add Axle Back exhaust. It's not as loud as I tough it would be. Being a convertible I guess it's for the best. I love the way it cleaned up the back end of the car. The stock mufflers where UGLY.
Solo Performance Inc. V8 Std & Auto Axle Back with J-Pipes 2011 – Present Camaro V8 Convertible The pipes right out of the shipping box before the J pipes where flip around into place. Last edited by Hot Rod R1; 01-01-2013 at 09:41 PM. |

Next mod was changing the two front grilles out. I had another friend that works at a body shop help me with this. I did paint parts of the grilles brown to match the wheels. It's hard to tell in the photos.
Upper Grille: heritage grill Lower Grille: Street Scene Billet Grille with Ducts |

I still need to a-just my camera to get better photos of how the Bronze Burst wheels look. They are not as dark as these photos make then out to be. They pop more in person.
