Are these 21" GM rims worth it
So I was searching for wheels and came across these. The guy wants $400 for all 4 and stated that they have never been mounted or painted and that they are new out of the box. I know I still need to buy TPMS and tires for them still but he claims that they are $500 a piece.
Any plus or minus to these? Seems like to good of a deal to pass up Sent using Tapatalk |

I think $400 is a good price. I would buy them for the winter since I have a DD. My only concern with 21s is the cost for tires. I would definitely look into that before investing in these. I recall a lot of people offloading their 21s when it came to change the tires due to the high costs. I don't know if that's changed since.

21in tires in general are considerably more expensive than 20's or even 22's. It's just a odd size that hasn't caught on, so tire companies don't make a lot of them, hence the reason they're more expensive. Probably the reason he's selling these wheels so cheap.
Also, why did you post this in lighting and cosmetics when we have a VERY good tire and wheel forum?

Looked for the wheel section and it fell under this.. I just wanted to get feedback quick. I will look into the cost of the tires thanks. I was thinking the stock 20's for winter and 21's for summer. I like the red line that matches the red in the ss emblems

I used 21" Toyos on my 21" DUsk Edition wheels. The Pirellis would have been $2000 for all 4 tires, I paid $1200 for all 4 Toyos, TPMS, mounted and balanced.

^^^^^^ Exactly. The rims are $400 but a set of tires alone will be in the 4 digits.

It was $4000 invoiced on my car for those 21" rims with P Zeros! Although I got mine free along with the spoiler and ground effects due to an internet price error.
Tires will cost $500+ each.
