I know Pedders make a more expensive version that combined with some of their other suspension parts claim to rival a Z06.

My goal is better street performance and I would like to get into AutoX.

Thanks
The key to your situation is understanding what components are required to compliment coilover purchase. It starts with a strong understanding of the 5th Gen chassis. The Book on 5th Gen Suspension is the place to start for information and the foundational components are Sub-frame and radius bushes. No matter what brand of coilover you choose it is impossible to get optimal performance without addressing the foundation. With a solid foundation and coilovers in place your next step will be sway bars and endlinks. At first glance, Pedders sway bars appear to be expensive. Pedders sway bars and endlinks are packaged together delivering great value.

Great value is the Pedders equation for success and it all starts with customer service from expert Dealers like Bruce Raymond. Bruce is an alignment and suspension specialist as well as a 5th Gen owner and supports his clients like family. Bruce is an extension of Pedders package philosophy. In your case a Street Xa or a Pace Car Package deliver an outstanding driving experience.

The Street Xa includes Xa coilovers, sub-frame and radius bush inserts and Pedders extended range alignment bolts. The only item missing would be a sway bar package.

The Pace Car Package includes Xa coilovers, sub-frame and radius bush inserts, adjustable front and rear sway bars and high efficiency endlinks. These are the same parts you have seen on the 2010 and 2011 Camaro Pace Cars on track at INDY and NASCAR. The alignments were tweaked for ovals so GM did not use Pedders extended range alignment bolts. How do I know? I was privileged to help bolt them on at the proving Grounds

Ask Bruce or Joe to give you a call so you can discuss you specif needs in detail. They are a wealth of professional knowledge, 5th Gen owners and I am very proud to have them as Pedders Dealers.

As for product performance two of our best customers are GM and Lingenfelter. LPE was running brand-x coilovers when they decided to try Pedders. Off the shelf Pedders Supercars controlled the ridiculous power they put down hitting the 8s. The independent bound and rebound Supercars and wide variety of coil choices it was a straight forward project. Then again, they are LPE so a tweak here and there couldn't hurt

The latest from LPE and Pedders is the L/28. I consider it the ULTIMATE Pedders Package.

Lingenfelter L/28 Camaro

We wanted this to be a full amenity daily driver with a bad attitude on a road course. We think we have it covered from the normally aspirated N/A LS7 to the Pedders Supercars and everything in between.

Lingenfelter L/28 Camaro

• LPE LS7 Engine, 681HP @ 6700 RPM / 588 LB/FT @5600
• LPE Dry Sump Oiling System
• Tremec 6060 6 Speed Manual Transmission
• LPE Dual Disc Clutch and Flywheel
• LPE Clutch Return Spring Kit
• MTI Short Throw Shifter
• LPE Leather Shift Knob
• LPE 9.5” Differential, 373 Ratio with no preload TracRiteฎ GT – Helical Gear Limited Slip
• Driveshaft Shop HD 1400HP Axle Shafts
• LPE HD 2 Piece Driveshaft
• LPE Twin Fuel Pump Module with Electronic Control
• LPE Power Steering Cooler
• Be Cool Radiator
• American Racing Headers
• Custom Side Exit Exhaust with Magnaflow Mufflers
• LPE / Pedders SportsRyder Supercar Coil-over Suspension System, Sway Bars, Complete Bushing Package
• Brembo Brake System. Front 15” 2 Piece Rotor with 6 Piston Caliper, Rear 14” 2 Piece Rotor with 4 Piston caliper
• Forgeline Wheels, 20”X10.5”
• Michelin Tires, 305/35ZR20
• Lingenfelter Signature Body Kit, including front splitter, side skirts, rear diffuser, and rear spoiler
• Specter Werkes Extractor Hood
• Lingenfelter L/28 Graphics
• RPM Six Point Roll Bar
• Corbeau TRS Leather Seats and 5 Point Belts
• Lingenfelter CNC Pedal Pads

LPE is a Pedders Dealer and a valued Pedders Customer. The parts you see LPE run are no different than the Pedders parts GM runs. They buy them and that speaks volumes about Pedders products. Pedders Dealers all have grease under their nails. They install what they sell and provide incredible customer service. Customer service may be the most important component of a Camaro owner's buying decision.

Are we as fast as a Z06 on a road course with the Pedders USA Camaro? The answer would be yes. Why are we so confident? Our test driver ran the fastest lap at Gingerman for a T2 Vette in race and in practice. Between his Corvette database and Pedders Camaro we were able to verify lap times with the same driver behind the wheel. BTW, aside from being a Corvette race car owner / race car consultant he holds a day job at GM

What's next for Pedders...

and another 20 some thing SEMA special builds by the best in the business.

I can vouch for this. I just installed the Pace car kit and a few other things. Works great and feels great.

We ran the Silver State Classic in Nevada last year with a Pedders track 2 kit on our shop car and it was Awsome. The Pedders pace car kit is as much as most want or need but the parts that go with the coil overs are the key to a well balanced car as Pete said above. It all depends on how far you want to take your car. Most of the cars we see are daily drivers with some track events during the year, and the Pedders Pace car kit fills that need very well.
