They are fools.

The problems the OP is having are genuine warranty issues that GM should fix at no charge. It is unacceptable for paint to peel like that, especially on a brand new car.

Ask anyone whoever owned a 1987-91 Chevy Beretta or Corsica about peeling paint
+ 1.
watch Junkman's detail videos. HOW you wash is way more important that how many times you wash it.

Quit trying to touch it up, if that is a paint brush in the one photo. This should be covered under warranty. Paint is covered.

May have missed it, but why did you take the spoiler off?
to remove the dirt that was caught under it. I would rather touch up the very small chip that shows then get it repainted. Factory paint is always better than getting it repainted.

I'd be a the dealer trying to get them to fix it under warranty.

I read the site, I fixed my loose spoiler way early.

True about matching factory paint.

But I had the nose of my car redone with the not so environmentally friendly products and I love it.

There were 3 rock chips at 1000 miles when it was done, now I have 4500 and no rock chips.

We had it happen to ours as well but we put on a new larger spoiler and no longer see it.

yea this is the paint i also have. There is the normal omni and then the deltron. You think the omni is not environmentally friendly? The deltron is horrible. After one smell of that stuff you almost tip over. But that is why it is 200 dollars a quart.

my spoiler wasnt loose. the bolts had blue lock tight on them so it couldn't have loosened up. Also my car is new the build is in the 117,000's. I am pretty sure it came from dirt and small rocks as when i removed the spoiler that is what i found.

If I may ask, when was your car made? I am wondering if its an early build thing or a late build thing? I know my car was built April/2010 and I have not had the paint chip thing, the clutch thing, the window indexing problems, etc...just curious.....
