Painting Vinyl

This may be a dumb question, but i just dont know and i would like you guys expertise...

Is it posible to paint on vinyl? or even possibly lay vinyl on vinyl??

Im getting my camaro vinyl wrapped like below...and the only problem may be the white pinstripe and the red and white pinstripe stripes on the hood...HOw would you best reccommend this being done??

My camaro is already red, so the black is gonna be the only vinyl....and i dont wanna paint the white pinstripe on the red body either..

I don't know the answer but i would guess that vinyl will stick to a smooth surface regardless if it's paint or vinyl. I hope you're vinyl guy knows the answer lol

I'm thinking they can print a vinyl overlay to look like what you're wanting as one design. That's if they're a good vinyl shop.
