Flip Key Fob Replacement

Ok I’ve searched and searched and I’m still confused. Just purchased a 2012 2SS M6 and it came with what looks like a spare key and a flip key fob with no key. I’d like to buy a new flip key fob and have the key cut. I’ve looked at several that look like the fob I have (it has no marking that I can see with a model no). Does anyone know the key fob number for a ‘12 SS with the manual trans (no alarm)?

Here are a couple I’ve looked at in eBay. I just don’t know if they’re the right ones.

Thanks!

There’s also a thread on this or second page of general talking about this.

You can also just get a key blank and get it cut. Then install it in your current fob.

Or you can do the Key Fob upgrade that everyone is starting to do. I have done it for my 14 and it is definitely a high quality than the rubber button fobs.

Why don't you have a key cut and put it in your keyfob that does not have one. There is a thread on how to do that. Also some YouTube videos. The factory fobs with the Chevy logo are much better than the ones sold on eBay or Amazon, and by better I mean, after a year of use, you don't have to press the button a bazzilion times or hold it for a minute to get the car to unlock even with a fresh battery.
