Question Flat Black vs. Gloss racing stripes HELP

I have been deciding on whether or not to get matte black rims or gloss black rims. I really want them to be close in color with my racing stripes as well as my tires. I have found out that the stock racing stripes are flat black. I was just curious if anyone has ever painted over them with like vinyl wrap or plastidip etc. (not really sure how it would be done) Is this even possible plus how much would you think it would cost? any pictures? Thanks, Mason

Your choice, but I prefer flat/matte only because that is the set up I have going with mine. Not a big fan of glossy.

Go to my pics and check mine out, I had the gloss stripes put on and the guy that powder coated my rims matched it to the stripes, It was 80% gloss black. Hope this helps. I love the look of it.
