Strut tower brace

I'm looking to purchase the GM strut tower brace for my 2011 Camaro SS and am wondering if it will clear my 2.8L Whipple supercharger. Also, would like to send it out to be chromed. Anyone know if this can be chromed? Thanks.

Yes it will fit fine. Yes you could send it out to be chromed. Here is a pic of mine with a whipple.

I just placed an order for mine today from gmpartsdirect
I can't decide what finish I want to go with. The cool thing is my company does in house powder coat. Thinking chrome, silver metallic or something unique

Make sure to post pics
Cheers from Portland

I'm doing the brace bar in silver metallic and the ends in body color. Just waiting for my coater to get the powder delivered. Ordered last week. Going to look great with a custom painted engine cover.

Slight necro thread, but I just finished painting mine yesterday. Haven't installed it in the car yet, because the clear is still setting up, but I should be able to install it later today.
