I am going to try and get her to our Spring Track Rental and get some real seat time and lower her ET.

With all the snow on the ground it can't come soon enough.

Good Thing I Drag Race Snowmobiles or I would have Serious Cabin Fever.

Thanks for the nice comments.

Ted.

I have the 75 RWHPNO TUNE KIT. DYNOED AT 565 RWHP. Best I have done at Bandimere Speedway here in Denver-@ 5280 ft altitude is 12.66 @ 110 stock tires. Not sure how this translates to sea level. Plan on getting some 305.35.20 MT drag radicals as s my 60 ft times are all around 2.0. Any way to compute my times to @ sea level?
I am very happy with the kit. Hoping the drag radicals will get me down to 12.2 or so.

You will give up 3% of Sea level power for every 1000 ft DA.

Not uncommon to have an 8-10K ft DA Day there.

An 8K day is 24% loss in HP.

The Factory heat exchanger is Better than everyone wants to believe.

There are Multiple coolers Stacked in the front of the car, GM calls this a Cooling Pack that is Engineered for the Most efficiency from all coolers combined.

When you increase the size of 1 of the coolers you steel air flow to the other coolers reducing their efficiency.

I will stick with what GM provided, the Recovery time is Fantastic.

Ted.
I agree, no need for a bigger tank. I just do not see what a bigger tank would do, unless you put ice in it.

Here is a Video of her First Pass in my ZL-1

I later took the wheel and went 11.70, 11.68, and 11.66 ET 120 MPH Hot Lapping the car so No special cold runs here.

At 4450 Lbs that's Rolling on Factory Tires.
