Anyone using a Monster clutch?
Unfortunately, I have to replace the clutch in my car, and at only 4500 miles...
For those of you that are thinking "warranty".., I'm not even going to try to go to my dealer, even though I'm good friends with many of the poeple there, simple because a Kenne Bell supercharger and a big cam just spells headaches trying to convince them to fix it. And if the stock one didn't hold up, why would I try again?? Looking at all the different ones out there, I seem to keep coming back to Monster. I've talked to Steve, (and no, I don't carry them in my store) and he was very helpful, and of all the other brands this one seems to be the most bang for the buck? What are your opinions about the product, the way it "feels", how long it lasts, etc etc... My car dyno'd at just over 600 to the wheels on a Mustang dyno, and Steve said a Level 3 would work just fine for my type of driving. I don't drag race it, and don't drive it all that hard, except for a few hard runs through the gears on the back roads. Any advise would be great, it's already apart, waiting to order!! |

I am running the LS9 clutch from ADM Performance, and have dyoned 650 RWHP and Nitto NTO5Rs. Holding up great. Drives like a stock car!
