Vmax throttle Body Question

The issue i am having is, when ever i press on the gas pretty might slightly or more i hear a whistle now. This is only happening after i installed the Throttle Body it seems as i did not notice it after CAI install. The best way to describe this is like when your holding a class bottle and you blow air on the top. That whistle sound is similar.

What are your suggestions guys? Do i have a defective product? Is this normal? Did i forgot to do something? bad install?
