TSW Nurburgring over CTS-V upgrade?
Im looking to put 20x9 TSW Nurburgring wheels up front over my CTS-V brake upgrade, will I have any issues.

You shouldn't have too much of a problem. Verify with the vendor your purchasing your wheels through that the offsets on the new wheels are going to work with the new brakes, but a 20" wheel should be more than enough to fit the front brakes under.
