Cant plan it any time soon, but if you want some company in the area next summer, I may have to come up that way... I know Debbie would enjoy it... Had to go over to Vancouver Island to the city of Victoria for a work related day trip. Being that a few of my C5 Bud's enjoy looking at the scenery up here in BC, I shot a few clips with the Iphone.

The first two clips are in a narrow passage called Active Pass. Great salmon fishing at the right time of year. It can get a bit hetic with a bunch of fishing boats and a couple of ferries in the pass all at the same time.





The next two clips are as you come out of Active Pass into the Straight of Georgia. The city of Vancouver is on the far side of the straight. When you cross the straight, the International border between CDN and USA would be off the starboard side of the ferry and runs across the Straight of Georiga and then right up the middle of the Straight Jaun de Fuca and out into the Pacific Ocean. The Pacific rim or the Ring of Fire earthquick zone. :(






The last one is the Tawassen Ferry Terminal and Roberts Bank Coal Terminal.



Enjoy and no Pumpkin was not on the ferry. Scared to death I might get the first door dent in Pumpkin.

Good News for Speedster
BTW Bud I was at Dead Frog brewery today to pick-up a fresh keg of Chocolate Mint Nut Brown. I was chatting with Derrek the owner and I mentioned that I shipped a Summer Mingler Pak to a Bud in Florida, he replied that Dead Frog was close to cutting a deal to make Dead Frog beer available in the USA. So you never know maybe you will see some Dead Frog's south of the 49th one day soon.

Cruising for the Cause
Last night it was the annual Cruising the Dub (A&W) for the cause to raise $$$$ for the fight against MS. Every A&W from coast to coast up here in the Great White North donated $1 from every Teen Burger sold to the MS Society. Colleen and I took Pumpkin to the Maple Ridge Dub to do our part.

Off to the shop now to put the slick's and skinnies on Pumpkin for some Friday night street leagals action at MRP. See if I can rip off a good one to night.

Well Bob got a look see at the Camaro diff. He was amazed at the cost of the Camaro gear set, but he has an in with AAM and is going to see if cut some off the 1k price tag. Next thing for me to do is give Ted a call for billet caps and posi kit.
