They make Buicks, Impalas, Equinox and the numbers are mixed. Also they have built a ton of 2012 Camaros already produced. Don't think numbering is going to start all over for the ZL1

We will be seeing VINs in the next few days so you will see for sure then.

Actually - unless something changed at the last minute, the ZL1s for 2012 will have their own sequence.

No need to worry more than you are at 2030. I am also and my dealer has one allocation and I am the number one spot. He has two people behind me.

Just to give an example and to let you know when to worry. I ordered a 2003 BMW in mid 2002. Car was built in November 2002 and scheduled for shipment to the US on a ship called the TRICOLOR. My BMW was loaded along with many other and also alot of Volvos and it left Germany to pick up some MINI Coopers. In route to England the ship hit another ship in the English Channel and sank......all the cars were ruined and my BMW had to reordered. Waiting again I was really worried about the shipping when it shipped again. You can verify this; google Tricolor shipwreck 15 December 2002.
