Albuquerque SMS Cars, Coffee, Chile, and Speed (Track Day) on the 7th of May 2011.

The entry fee is $50 per track day, unless you become a Driver's Club member. More information on this will be posted at http://www.sandiamotorsports.com/ or http://www.sandia-speedway.com/

The time will be between 08:00 AM to 12:00 PM (alot of the time, it's even longer).

We'll meet up at Hotel Albuquerque in Old Town at 7:30 AM and caravan out to the track.

By the way, if the parking lot is full at Hotel Albuquerque, we'll meet just across the street (on Bellamah Ave).

NOTICE: There is a $10 fee for anyone coming out to observe and hang out! It is $50 for drivers.

Blakes Lotaburger now runs the concessions, so drinks are no longer free (bummer), buritos are about $5.

Helmets are required!

Sounds like just the little break I need from an otherwise chore packed weekend!!

It better not snow...

I actually did check the weather, and it's supposed to be a balmy 83 Saturday. I'm definitely looking forward to getting out on the track on a great day!!!!

Curt just FYI observers or guests are charged $ 10 to enter. and since Blakes Lotaburger now has the concessions drinks are no longer free, buritos are about $5

BTW your 69 is looking great !!! glad to see progress being made

I told Diana if the USPS didn't deny my day off request I'll go....they had till tonight to do such.

I'll tell you right now, if that asshole at the gate tries to charge me $5 a head for my girls that's it. LOL

"Kids under 10 are Free" all over every flyer at every damn Lotaburger in town.

So when I roll up with my $40 bones on Saturday, there better be no questions.

Better yet, he should pay my admission since he'll be witnessing my awesomeness.

That figures I finally get a Sat. off and I'm car less because he's getting his boo-boo fixed

he should be all better for Thurs. meeting!!!

and I think $10 would be a small price to pay to see some of Ivan's "awesomeness"

Ok, I finally got some computer time between my "Need for speed", and "Curb Appeal" chores. Today was another awesome day out at the track. Lite turnout, but Loads of fun!

Made lots of new friends today, got to run my car around the track 5-6 times, and gave lots of rides, and did some ride alongs.

The weather was great, and all in all I couldn't have asked for a better day!!!!!
