I recently wiped the dust off of my XBox and have been looking for a game to buy, but I freakin suck when it comes to these type of games :(

If I get this game and get good at it, I'll join in the fun

You don't have to be good just join to have fun I don't play for a kdr I play for fun

so after digging deeper, i guess waypoint isn't including games for halo 4 on their stats. so the whole time i was looking at my halo reach stats.

so for halo 4 i'm currently at 2.3

I'm a 18 kills, 9 assists, 21 deaths kind of guy. I don't stop moving and will go after a group of 3 by myself constantly. Love the new Halo 4. I've been enjoying taking out those new mech robots with sticky grenades. My K/D is just under one but I've been off halo for about a year and a half after playing every one that has come out. My gamer tag is the same as my screen name. Pyrolysis

I've enjoyed Halo 4 Multiplayer at one point I had close to a 2.0 K/D but I had an entire night of just bad game after bad game and now I'm down to 1.45, but I really play to have fun. I love getting in random vehicles and trying to splatter people.

I couldn't agree more. Every game these days, whether it's Call of Duty, Battlefield, Halo, etc. is all about competition. I can hold my own in every one of those games, but that pure competition mentality everyone has just completely ruins the experience for that game, in my opinion. Whatever happened to playing these games just to have fun, instead of obsessing over ranks and playing them to be on the top of a leaderboard?

Part of the reason I've been enjoying Planetside 2 so much lately

But playing Halo 4 with my buddies brings back memories of the Halo 1 days in high school, we've been havin good times so far.

Nothing like pistols on hang em high or epic slayer battles on beaver creek

I feel like all the weapons are easier to kill people with. but yes i've noticed the assault rifle seems much more effective than previously
