sway bar trouble!
So I just got done putting in the subframe bushings and diff bush. And when it was time to hook the sway bar back up, I encountered extreme tension to get lined up again. Is this normal? It was such an extreme amount it didn't feel right. The car was on jacks at the time, suspension hanging.

Front or rear? Sometimes you have to move the ends of the links (which can be very stiff) in order to line them up. Failing that, jack up the suspension a little or loosen the sway bar attachment points so the bar will rotate. Good luck.

sway bar
Did you loosen the sway bar brackets by chance and over tighten them when you put everything back together? If its the rear it should rotate semi-easily and should line up, without a pic not sure what could be going on. Good luck. Are they aftermarket with adjustability? move them to the middle hole lower the car roll it forward and back then put it back up and check? Good luck as stated above
