Partly - it's upside down and backwards. The characters, in part, appear to be MILKxMESTRONxx.

The character in position 5 may be a G. The last 2 characters are indiscernable to me, and I think the last character maybe a letter in the German Alphabet.

funny you say that, I told my wife it sort of looks like Germanic runes if you don't know already what it says. here it is inverted:

It actually says something both ways!

This way it looks like MAKESMESTRONGER.

Really cool design, but difficult to read.
