How much did you spend on your Turbo System?

Was just curious as to what you turbo guys spent on your turbo system. I am kicking around this idea. But I honestly don't think I could justify it if there is not a whole lot of acceleration difference with a $5 or $6,000 expense on adding a turbo. This thing is already so quick, I'm just wondering if its remotely worth it.

A proper turbo setup on a 2012+ LFX Camaro V6 will have you into the 400+ rear wheel horsepower and torque range, so yes the difference in accelleration is huge. Basically you'd be able to whip up on stock and bolt on SS and hang with those will full bolt ons or maybe even some cammed SS.

You should plan on spending 6,500 - 7,000 for for an installed and tuned kit. You should also plan on some other upgrades like suspension and wheel/tire upgrades.

Our Hellion Street turbo systems have a price starting at $7695 for a compete kit, and $6995 for a tuner kit. Install pricing depends on the shop of course. We're in SoCal so if anybody local to us is interested, or if you want to send the car here, we can do the install for you, just PM me on it and I can get you our special labor rate pricing on it

How many of these have been installed on A) LLT, and B) LFX?

Because this is the first I've heard of it.

Oh crap. My bad guys, sorry

I just talked with a guy over PM about the same system for a V8, so my apologizes guys. Even more so since Hellion doesn't offer an option for LLT or LFX.

Listen to this man here. All he says is 100% accurate. But also remember that no kit is 100% fool proof, that's the down side. Turbos are alot more complicated systems but fun to drive.
