I paid less for 2 years newer with same miles in a more rare combination. Check out KBB private sales in good condition and expect less than that.

Why does it matter his list price?

Sure it's above average with damage but the cars are 40k+ new.

That's the price everyone sees, if the price is that high no one will even bother to give him offers.

What dealer are you going to, you could definitely get that car for under 40k.

I may have friends and family looking for a car. Listing a car way out of its price range without rhyme or reason will prevent me from selling his or recommending it. List price is what you think is slightly high for your car. This is a nearly 4 year old car, running out of warranty, no bumper to bumper, that has not been adjusted correctly for its condition, miles or value. It's a pretty color, but other than that there are thousands of others out there. We are trying to educate him so he may have luck selling.
