Pontiac Camaro is the short title, saying the picture was of a Pontiac and a Camaro.

He was either coming towards us in the pic, or jumped the rail going away from us. You can see the cruiser blocking the inside lane of the traffic coming at us. I don't see much, if any, real damage to the guardrail directly in the pic meaning he had to have jumped it if he was going away from us. But, that sign is dented... could have already been that way from a previous accident.

I bet he was coming at us, lost control, and flipped it around. Jumping it is just not anywhere near as common in wrecks.
