Dynosteve and RDP

As if there isn't enough already, I wanted to post a little positive for Dynosteve at RDP Motorsport. I ordered some hotchkis 1" lowering in springs and an sct x4 tuner with his custom tune. I paid for my order on Monday and the parts shipped the same day. I received the springs on Thursday but no tuner which I though was weird because I figured they would ship together. Friday rolls around and still no tuner. I contacted Steve but he was out of town for the holiday weekend which is completely understandable. I gave it until the following Wednesday before I contacted Steve again and he replied with "I just put a inquiry in with ups, but i will send you out another unit today". I received the second tuner last night and right away I pulled my stock file from my car and emailed it to Steve. Got my custom tune file today, loaded it in my car and all is good! It was a great experience dealing with Steve and I look forward to doing business with him in the future. Besides the shipping problem (which was no fault of his) everything else couldn't have went better. Couldn't ask for better service!
