The 2009 2SS had two unique things: front on the engine bay the car has a metal plaque which reads "GM HIGH PERFORMANCE DIVISION"; also it has the original steering wheel which has the word "CAMARO" in chrome finish at the center.

Right the next year, 2010, GM folded its HP division, so no more of those badges.

As for the steering wheel, check out the web: many sites are already refering to it as "the Camaro steering wheel".

... and to those young-uns who scoff that their Camaro won't have value in 40 years... My grandpa's pristine 58 Chevy Biscayne 2 door coupe that my dear mamma sold in 1974 for 200.00 would be around 17-20k today. I got my 65 mustang in 72 for $500. and had an opportunity to buy a 63 vette vert for 1,200.00 in 1976. Those who hang onto and take care of their 5th gen Camaro will have something of value in years to come, it's not apparent until we get (as SirNuke mentioned above) 30-40 years out.</oldfartrant>
What you FAIL to realize is your granma's 58 Biscayne had a production run of what? 1000? 1500 maybe? 5th Gens have a production number of 5,000,000+!!!!!!!!!!!!
Not a valid point there buddy!

Methinks a car from a respected tuner, numbered, documented, and possibly signed by someone famous stands a much better chance of holding decent value in the long run than a simple color combination no matter how rare that color combination is. I don't mean to step on any toes here, but the Transformers Edition cars are a dime a dozen and is about as rare as the RS option.
