Another converter advice thread

'11 l99 with CAI, long tubes, jre rough idle blower cam, tune, and 20in NT05R. Ran a 12.4 @ 117 leaving from just over idle which I'm happy with but a crap 60ft (2.0+). It's a weekend warrior, cruiser, car shows, and some competitive play.

I'm in the marking for a converter bc this cam is Killin me, as well as brakes when stopped. I'm not well versed on this particular topic. What's the difference single disk vs multi other than the obvious? Also the different diameters?

Any help is appreciated.
