Undo plug wires. Unscrew headers. Put new ones in place and bolt back up. They're really not that hard it's harder to change the spark plugs than the headers and I'm being honest with you. You'll need to unbolt the oil dipstick no big deal and when you put the headers on it was easier for me to go from underneath. And use locktite on the header bolt 16lbs if I remember right. If you have a friend it always help took me 20 min to do them and I have the tsp 1.7/8 with off road pipes.

Have you looked in the DIY section? I know there's a VERY good write up with LOTS of pictures. I think it's by nineball.

The spark plug wires and the oil dipstick need to be removed first. Unbolt the cats on the underside of the car should be the first exhaust clamp you come to and seperate the cats from the rest of the exhaust. Unbolt the headers and let them down from the underside of the car. Bring the new ones up from underneath with the new gasket in place get some high temp locktite (local parts store can help you only like 7 bucks) put some on the bolt you don't need much a drop or two tighten then to 16lbs connect the off road pipes with the clamps provided to the headers then the stock pipes. Up top put dipstick back in and bolt back in place (one bolt) put plug wires back on and you're done.
