DO IT. It looks so nice, man. Don't let my experience put you off of it either, the Gen5DIY is really comprehensive and the fog lamp harness looks like an oem piece. All my parts came carefully packaged and were completely damage free.

my garage said the piece was one of the best he has ever come across. He said most parts come in damage and they have to do extra work on them.

Also don't be concerned what other people think. I already have the ZL1 hood insert from Ofer and boy I can wait to look even more like the sexy ZL1.

Yup! i am leaving my hood alone, the line mod was done perfect, and I would rather put the money into the engine

I got some color matching SS emblems and ZL1 block off tab, I don't mind that my car is an SS, I just so happened to have damage and LOVE the ZL1 body.

I've just completed the full conversion on my car. I just got the ZL1 spoiler mounted, not sure which wire coming from the LED brake light is positive. The white or the yellow. Does anyone know for sure?

Just got my fog light harness from gen5diy. The site says to install the ringed connector to the positive port in fuse box. Where exactly is this? Me mechanic...me turn wrench. Electrons confuse me.

Also the harness comes with that little black box thing (sorry I don't know what this is called) I found a perfect place to mount it out of the way. Attached a couple pics to show you. Can't remember the size of nut and bolt I used but I just had a bunch of them left over in the tool box that fit perfect.

Glad I could help, you might need some small hands to help out though, I had to have my son hold the nut under there because I couldnt fit my hand underneath to hold it.
