Their individual file names don't seem to match post counts.. (guess they could have altered the min posts for that rank and just let the original filenames intact).. Though, looking through the vBulletin root forum and related User Ribbons area looks like it's customizable for weighted levels of ribbon application to combine posts, likes, PMs, etc.
The URL path for the images includes the /ranks/ folder, so it's probably in there somewhere.
