I used a duplicolor automotive satin black. Matches the sides perfectly. Cost me 8 bucks to paint. NOT worth what ACS charges to have them pre-painted.

I would like to see a pic of the front spoiler as well.

Also did you have to use an adhesion promoter on it before priming?

Here is the link for the splitter. I did use an adhesion promoter from Duplicolor. More than likely you will hit this on something so don't be uber-picky about the paint job. Make it something that you can touch up!

This wont fit on a 6 cyl though......im sure you knew.....was just making sure. LOL

Thanks, I just wanted to see how the paint turned out. I picked up a GM v6 splitter and have been going back and forth about painting or leaving it alone.

Really Great Job!! This is right up my alley, most guys only want OEM parts from a dealer or a Forum Vendor. $8 can of paint, love it! I stated the I used Wal-Mart paint to paint my calipers, the crap I took for not using the $100 paint vendors sell. Perfect !

Yeah.....I can't believe people are paying some of these prices the vendors charge.......I made my zl1 splash guards for 12 bucks.........not 75! But i have so much more time than money!.....the sheep will keep up buying.........
